Croatia is probably one of most beautiful countries in the world and probably most unique, It is actually a small and huge at the same time.. tens of thousand kilometers of coasts overall ! It has everything to offer: long history , great culture, incredible coast lines with most buildings respectful of surrounding nature , friendly nice looking Croatians :) and spectacular natural wonders !!

Just remember, do as the locals do...stay out of the sun in the middle of the day. We got a saying "pomalo", i guess you could translate it as "take it easy" but literal translation would be "slow down", it means don't rush during hot summer days and do thing you don't have to out in the sun.

In Croatia there are two regions, Istria and Dalmazia, which used to belong to Italy until the Second World War, then when communists invaded those regions, they literally stole those regions from Italy and they annexed to them. Italy lost them, but all the architecture and culture there is Italian, the Venetian influence on Churches and other ancient buildings are clear. And there also many Roman Empire buildings. Istria and Dalmazia are those regions on the cost facing Italy and they comprise also over 1000 beautiful islands. So not everything you see on video really has been constructed by Croatians.
