He has the skills to keep folks in check, knows the rules, he has a stable mind to know when to be on attack mode and when to admit he is wrong, he has the skill set to train and uplift others He may be overly by the book but that’s the structure LSPD is missing

Love this long productive discussions. LMAO Croc didn't mention tho that the real reason why he was fired was his attitude, how he talks and treat both cops and crims (ex yelling or screaming or being uber petty) and not related to any police work. In fact he was praised for doing great police work by the others, it's just that his attitude was the problem. Even he said he was sorry and promises to change but they didnt give him anymore chance since its been the same for years. LMAO
