Description:
In this video, I completed the Roblox Game Doors without hiding, which means that I completed it without using closets or beds. I had to run from the Doors Rush, and the Doors Ambush, and it created many tense moments!

hey. wanted to tell you this, if it is a rush encounter, then you can hide in the CORNERS of the turning rooms (the 90 degree ones, and by corner i mean the FARTHEST corner possible from the main hallway. so like the hinge point of the turn) Also might be patched but never hurts to try. Tip 2: if using any rooms like crossrooms or apartment rooms, do not stand closer to the door or rush/ambush's path. This got croc killed too many times.

14:33 Reason why you died: Doors and Beds have their collision off, which makes them see-through, the only reason why you can collide with them is because there is an invisible wall. But invisible walls are also see-through. (If you need an explanation, Rush and Ambush use ray-tracing hitbox, which is a normal rectangle, but when it collides with a wall, it shrinks. Since invisible walls makes you see through, and props with their collision off makes you walk through them, it won't shrink because technically it's not a wall. Invisible walls are technically a window, and props with collision off are technically some sort of liquid or portal... Which means Rush saw you through that tiny gap) also 🤓

no rush also kills you with line of sight but the difference is that ambushes line of sight is extended

@@GaudyBo2475 but for ambush let's say you're standing inside a room but you can still see it through the door, then you would die. For rush, you could be standing in the same spot and see rush when it comes, but still survive since you weren't in its path

Rush checks if you are visible and in its hit box, so if you're in the hit box and are visible you will die, but if you are not visible to rush and are in its hit box, you won't die since rush can't see you.

same goes for Ambush, except that Ambush has way better vision. Hence why you can hide in corners from Rush but not from Ambush

Just so you know you can always hide in the room with closets you can hide behind the two closets that are merged together if you do so just stand back a little that’s how I survived my first rush I had no time to get into the closet so I just ran behind prayed I wouldn’t die

Sometimes this can be on room 10 or 1 any room with lots of closet angled at you as you go through it if you see one closet facing the direction in the next facing in another way go behind those and step back a little bit from the tip of the crack and you can survive rush

tip: when the lights flicker for about 4-5 seconds, it means halt is in the next room. that's why halt happened after the fake flicker.

Idea: When the lights flicker once or twice but the amount of time the lights go dark is much longer than usual, run away from the next door after opening it (not counting the doors without numbers on them). This to avoid Lure (multiple red shaded eyes) from damaging you (every eye deals 5 damage, and there are 10 total eyes. Also they appear very quickly and can look at different angles. The eyes are relatively big and they only damage you when any part of your body is in a straight line right in front of an eye. The hitbox of it is indicated with a red beam, about the same size as the eye itself).

Fun fact it is also possible to defeat Doors with no sound. I found out this when the audio glitched out and cut completely. Room 50 was _horrifying_ during that. Luckily Ambush only showed up once

Strategy if you wana try this at home: Rush will go to the begining of the room to the exit so if you go to a "offroad" he will not get you. Also for ambushes laps make sure your out of sight sort of like that plant.

some mechanics explained Rush and Ambush use raycasting (same thing used for bullets in a fps and calculating tnt explosion damage in minecraft) which are lines that check if they collide with anything and a normal hitbox (gets larger the further you go (i think)) Hitboxes are why you can die sometimes if you are in a corner room Raycasts are why you can hide behind objects and not die (since rays hit a wall and not the player) if a specific amount of rays from raycasts hit a player, the player dies (not sure if this is exactly how it works!!!) if the hitbox hits the player, the player dies also the raycasts probably have a specified range so you dont die when you are further away from rush/ambush

A fact I heard is that The further rooms you go through, the bigger/bigger range Rush or Ambush gets, so the side of the plants is probably not the problem but it is the size or range of Rush or Ambush

Well, unlike Rush, Ambush actually uses raycasting, which means he kills you if he sees you with a straight sight. Rush uses hitbox that doesn't grow.

In general Big L’s across the board when the game was updated also rush kill sight was expanded and ambush kill sight was put on steroids so his kill sight covers almost the entire room but this update also added lost more free loot and coins in the drawers so I’m happy about it
