Hi. The A52 is not waterproof. But for other models, the IP standard is not anymore guaranteed after you open the phone.

Is procedure of resetting charging counter for new battery needed? It is saved in phone memory but I dont know how to reset that. Samsung released special program for that but it is only for A53 and newer models...

A new battery, especially if it's original, will work better, when the old battery gets older. If you take good care of the battery (don't let it drop below 10%, charge it to 95% and don't charge overnight), it will last for 1,5 - 3 years (depends of the user and usage)

@@aloymatrix It is not normal if your phone gets very hot. It could be the battery, but it could be also another issue. Because of the age, I would anyway suggest that you replace the battery first and see if it helps. If not, you will need to search if maybe the motherboard has a problem. Good luck

Sir i update my A52 on to ui 6.1 after which i started seeing battery draining and i check on samsung member app it was showing me battery status low but i noticed after ui 6.1 it was draining lot faster i can only my phone 4 hours from 80 % to 20%.so its software bug or i have to replace my battery?

How was the battery just before the update? If it was ok, it could be the software. Maybe you do a factory reset first, to see. If it doesn't help, replace the battery. Good luck :) And don't forget to Subscribe :)

@@CrocFIX well, before software update it use to get discharge from 80% to 15% in 5-6 hrs after the update it's giving me just 4hrs 🥲

What is that tiny button above battery for?

Which button? There is no button on the motherboard

ciao cambiando la batteria non caricava ma premendo sul connettore lungo quello della striscia nera che sta sopra la batteria adesso carica .che succede se si rompe si cambia display o solo la atriscia ?ho messo un po di carta per spingere il connettore e adesso funziona.

Ciao. Quale connettore? Sulla scheda madre? Il problema potrebbe essere il connettore o il cavo flessibile. Bisogna ispezionarlo, per sapere quale è e sostituire quello difettoso. Ma se ora funziona, va bene. Se avrai problemi, sai dove guardarlo.

@@CrocFIX o messo un po di carta perché solo spingendo mi va la carica poi .quando apri il telefono c è l attacco piccolo per la batteria e quello a destra più lungo e fa parte della striscia nera larga con i connettori lunghi da entrambi i lati .scusami difficile per me spiegarti.
