It’s all laid out at 13:27, you can literally count them. I was doing 2 rows of white and 1 red. I did 18 inches , 24 rows

There’s no written pattern, the yarn doesn’t indicate the size but it feels like in between 4 and 5 so any can do. I’m not familiar with USA yarn but I am sure any can do.

I am guessing you haven’t watched the tutorial, it is measurements based which means you can make it in any size if you just watch and follow instructions given in this video.
