Hi Dear, Sorry I can give you ch count or sts numbers because I had not done that size however Chest measurements should be 19 inches and length 17 inches for standard measurements 🙂

Hi Dear, it is size 4 worsted weight yarn, not sure if it is aran as I don't see that term in the yarn that I use. Using dk will give you a newborn size

What hook is recommended for 9 to 12 month

Hi Dear, changing the hook alone won't give you that size unfortunately. You have to increase sts from the beginning and add more rows on top and skirt. I can't give you specific instructions because I had not done that size. I may do it in the future 😊
