Thanks! It works up so quick too! Takes a few minutes to draw up the stencil for the knitted pattern but it was so much fun it didn’t even feel like work!😆

I haven’t mastered white cake yet, it’s really difficult to find a good recipe that doesn’t collapse after its cooled, so this one is a doctored cake mix. Add an extra egg white or two, and use buttermilk instead of milk or water. Be sure to whisk the buttermilk, egg whites and oil well before adding the cake mix to prevent over mixing. Makes for a very fluffy and rich white cake☺️

What size cake tins do you use to get such deep bakes? I’m worried mine won’t be as deep and therefore look as good! This is fantastic btw! 😦🤩
