R1: ch15 R2 (start on 2nd st of chain): sc, hdc, dc, tr, dc, hdc, 2slst, hdc, dc, tr, dc, hdc, inc R3 (make on other side of chain): hdc, dc, tr, dc, hdc, 2slst, hdc, dc, tr, dc, hdc, sc, slst into start of r2 Fasten off and cut of yarn

I don't understand why but i clearly did 25 chains but it came out not enough, I watched and did this very slowly and I don't know what happened... I just wasted my time...

You count it and you find 25 right? Make sure that the first stc you did It won't get tight while you're making the rest. You can also do an extra one if you can't control it.
