You taught me how to crochet . I watched your channel for 10 years at least I believe. I just wanted to thank you .

I like the way you explain. These are not total beginner stitch patterns but they're still beginner friendly. No, I don't need to watch you chain 36, lol! But you are so exact with your count and showing exactly where to put the stitch and how it should look! I'm trying to make a sweater pattern that is simple and warm but still has some beautiful little details. This is exactly what I needed to see, you could easily incorporate the braid into different pieces. Thank you

Thanks so much for this, I'm finally able to make cables! Also many thanks for pdf patterns, hugely grateful! Kind regards ❤

What I like about this, is that the cables don't distort the width like in knitting. This makes it much easier to plan a garment based on the gauge.

Bethintx1 What's your opinion on changing colors in this pattern? I'm making a blanket for my bf and I have 3 different colors. Thanks! :D

Forgot to mention.... I love your videos!!!!

You could patchwork them. Two lighter colors for the squares, and a darker color for adding a order and joining the squares.

How many do I chain for only 3 braids? I think 4 braids might make the scarf too thick.
@Bethintx17 жыл бұрын
Sorry I missed your comment! I hope you have been able to figure it out. The multiple is 8 +5. Add more sc between cables. The cable itself is over 6 stitches; then in my pattern, there are two in between each cable, plus the two sc on each edge, then there is 1 for the turning chain.

Beautiful would you be able to advise me as to how to turn this into a headband?
@Bethintx18 жыл бұрын
The pattern link is in the description. It says on the pattern that the repeat is chain a multiple of 8 + 5. I would measure around my head and make a chain that length making sure the multiple is correct.
