Omg I am so glad that I found your video. My son's a smoker as are my nephews. So for Christmas I am making the Bob Marley colored slouchy beanies with a pot leaf of the front of them so this was perfect thank you.

@@Strings2ThingsCrochet Just curious, how do you determine what to charge? For example other than yarn of course, do you have a rate for time then add to that expertise for each project depending on style, size, ect.?

I think its cute how you seem so apologetic with your Festival suggestion and wearing this leaf as earrings. I actually made myself a pair and really find them funny to style my outfit with A friend of mine asked for some as well! We both don't smoke weed but it does spruce up an outfit ha ha ha

How would I make this much bigger I’m making a blanket I wanna do little leafs around a huge one in the middle
@Strings2ThingsCrochet5 жыл бұрын
I would suggest using a much larger yarn to make it bigger. If you add stitches to the pattern it would probably make it look wonky.
@Strings2ThingsCrochet5 жыл бұрын
You could also use two strands of worsted weight to make it much bigger.

You do two of these and sew them together with stuffing in between. I think it would be good to use a thicker yarn for a more 3D look

Hello strings2things96, I wanted to personally ask if it's okay for me to use you're pattern to create these and if I can then sell my finished product (ONLY the finished product ) {Not you're pattern} ? I'm a new small business - I intend to only have myself and maybe one day my family (which would include my husband and 3 kids) to create these individually and to maybe add onto things as well. In fact if you'd like you can check out our Facebook page - this is a link just in case theres similar names - facebook.com/lionsoulcreations/ Also I have to ask how did you come up with the name strings2things96 ? (it took me awhile to decide on a business name - mostly due to other people already having a business named that lol) I can't wait to hear back from you
@Strings2ThingsCrochet4 жыл бұрын
Crochet Aholic, Hi there, yes, absolutely, please use it to sell your stuff! The page is awesome! I am always crocheting and my husband and all the kids in our family usually refer to it as “yarning”, then once I started crocheting with thread they called it string, so, when people would ask me what I was doing I would say “making strings into things”. Then I made a FB page and couldn’t think of a name with “yarn” or “hooks” in it that wasn’t taken soo... lol

@@Strings2ThingsCrochet Thank you I appreciate you're kindness to allow me to try to make and sell these awesome leaves and for checking out my page! :D Sounds kinda like how I chose my name all of the what i thought to be clever names were taken so i thought okay even if my hubby/kids help I'm the head of this business - so things about me -- I'm a leo which is a lion and I'm very spiritful - some might say a bit wild / free spirited in fact my mom always said I was a free spirit well I'm not gonna call it leo or leo lion etc., that sounds like a guy - hmmmm hmmm hmm the lion is me like my soul and I'm a lion = Lion Soul then we want to homestead one day and i wanted homestead items that may not be created by me like plant starts to not be sold on my original page lol So I made Lion Soul Creation's and now have a fairly blank page called Lion Soul Homestead for when we start homesteading and growing plants of all sorts to sell some harvest or plant starts, seed's we dont use that we've saved or wild plant seeds etc. farmy stuff and info about homesteading but so far, not much on that page lol I'll get there. To cute about the yarning and stings sounds like my kids when they were little lol
