After the 6 rounds sc and stuffing, I believe you skipped the first round of dc. At around 8:04 you say dc and sc in next 4 and repeat until you have 30 stitches left. I believe it’s dc and sc 5 for the first round and then next round would start on the dc and sc 4 which will drop you down to 30 stitches 🙂

I end up with 35 stitches on the first decrease after the 6 rows of 42 for the head.
