tysm for this tutorial! this year, my friends and i are turning 18 so i want to try and crochet them all a gift! starting with this one!! im not a complete beginner but i take longer following tutorials (this took me just under 1.5hrs) but it was super easy to follow and will make an amazing gift!! i used a 4mm hook so mine turned out a tad smaller but im soo happy with how it turned out :)

i know this video is older, but can you help? 😅 i have no issues completing the first side of the leaves. the second side is where im losing you. my “humps” (the leaves) are on the bottom, not the top. so when i turn it like you have, it’s not right. i’m confused & idk what im doing wrong.

Question, in rows 3 - 5, its stated to sc in each stitch (aka there should be 16 sc from the inc) and then slst before starting row 4, then 5. Is that correct? Meaning do we have to slst each time before starting a row? I fear my cherry is somehow getting bigger before decreasing :(
