Anyone who works in a big office knows that one or few people who's hands are ice cold. My friend Penny wears fingerless gloves sometimes when she is typing. Those tubular ones would be even better because you would have more movement.

Another idea- maybe do a book cover WITH the book! Like if someone asks for hunger games (using as an example) make it so it's big enough for that book specifically and maybe match the crocheted cover to the book cover!

Um... Correct me if I'm wrong but that strawberry pillow? I saw a similar pattern a few years ago and thought of doing it in Strawberry Shortcake ( the doll) colors (various greens for the background) for 40ish year old relatives because they loved Strawberry Shortcake as kids...
