Hi There!!! I have this free pattern from Michaels. My question is whether or not working in the chain one space is better than working in top of the DC? I can see how it would be faster… I’m just wondering why you did it that way, but when you got to the shoulder, you worked in the top of the double crochet rather than working in the top of the double crochet the entire time. The pattern I have says Work into the top of the double crochet.
