You need to be familiar with the bobble stitch and treble crochet (US terms) before you do this. Chain four, then do three incomplete treble crochet in the first single crochet stitch. With treble crochet, you pull through two loops a total of three times. Incomplete means that you do not pull through the last two loops. Instead, leave those two loops on your hook and do another treble crochet. Repeat this until you have 3 treble crochet in that stitch, and four loops on your hook. You've done the first half of the bobble crochet stitch. Now repeat this in the next stitch, so you have a total of six treble crochet, and a chain four in your row.

yeah, ch 4 then put dc on 1st stitch. pull through 2 loops, leaving remaining 2 loops on the hook. then dc again, pull through 2 loops. you should have 3 loops on your hook. repeat 5 times so you can have 6 loops on your hook. then pull though all 6. ch 4 again then repeat process. i hope you understand hehe english is not my first language
