I'm working on this skirt and the lower down I get it keeps flaring out. This is causing the size to keep increasing... how do I get it to stay the same amount of inches for the circumference for the entire length of the skirt? I'm worried it won't fit when I'm finished and all my time would have been in vain. 😢
