Hook : 5.50mm
Chain 17
Row 1 : 16 sc (start from 2nd chain)
Row 2 : chain 1, 2 sc next sts, 13 sc, 2 sc next sts, 1 sc (18 sts)
Row 3 : chain 1, 18 sc
Row 4 : chain 1, 2 sc next sts, 15 sc, 2 sc next sts, 1 sc (20 sts)
Row 5 : chain 1, 20 sc
Row 6 : chain 1, 2 sc next sts, 17 sc, 2 sc next sts, 1 sc (22 sts)
Row 7 : chain 1, 22 sc
Row 8 : chain 1, 2 sc next sts, 19 sc, 2 sc next sts, 1 sc (24 sts)
Row 9 : chain 1, 24 sts
Row 10: chain 1, 2 sc next sts, 21 sc, 2 sc next sts, 1 sc (26 sts)
Row 11: chain 1, 26 sc
Chain 32 & slip to other end
Round 12: chain 1, 58 sc (crochet at chain back bump)

I don't have pattern for 4 yo yet. Maybe you can try by increase few rows at the top section.
