If you use 1/4 inch double sided seam tape the zipper will stay in place for sewing. Nice tutorial!

I was wondering if it would be possible to sew fabric to crochet work. My local seamstress said it cannot be done and sure enough, my midi sewing machine couldn't cope sewing the flannel lining I made for the baby's bonnet. (Maybe because it was even fluffier flannel than the kind of fabric we use for pyjamas.) But now that I have a real sewing machine I might try again. I'm thinking of a baby sleeping bag with lining for next winter.

This is very cute! I went to your site and found the yarn and what I thought were the same colors,but didn't order it because I am in the states so if I just go my the colors as they appear on my phone I could be disappointed.
