U just need to do more rows on the bottom half of the dress. So the dress is 20 rows in the bottom, u just have to add more rows to get the desired length

Ah this is soo cute, I'm going to do it as my first crochet clothe piece☺️ But I'd like to make holes bigger, so all I need to do is make more stitches and skip the same amount (S 6 dc in 6's)?
