There is this great gadget u might be interested in - it’s a mini chopper like the one that you use to cook/chop ground beef. I got it on Amazon in a 2 pack. I would have chopped up that bbq chicken with it. I put whole hard boiled eggs, mayo and sweet pickles in a bowl and in a minute have egg salad ready to go. You should check it out. I think they only came in red. Anywho, God Bless u 🤗❤️
