I am also very excited for IV Games video games (always looking for new roguelites 😉) I have have some ideas for games if you’d ever be interested because lord knows I don’t have the skills or resources to execute them. Amazing podcast! I love the visual component of the podcast specially how the game acts as a "B plot" to the main conversation. Crokinole is such a casual enough game that it doesn't need too much thinking that makes it distracting to talk. I'd love to see this format as a regular show with swaps for guests and/or switch the game for 3 player variants. Clip mics I think will help with not having to keep reorienting to make sure you're speaking into the mic.

@@IVGamesStudio yeah, crokinole was invented in Ontario (based on Carom) so it was plenty available to the immigrants in southern Manitoba and didn't use the dreaded "evil" playing cards. Knipsbrat just means flick board lol
