Bharat Ji, please more videos on CROMPTON 10D motor head impeller fittings, also also tell how the impeller shall be fitted to shaft can it be fitted very tight on shaft or how it should be fitted on shaft what will be impact if impeller fitted very tight on shaft, also tell about the impeller bore the way U inserted in the shaft in the video it seems that the impeller bore is more looser then the shaft bore then what if the impeller bore is very tight and fitted by hitting on the impeller it will be ok or what will be impact, Please tell what and how shall be impeller has to be fitted on the shaft. Also when the impeller is inserted on the shaft the shaft key is getting out from the rear how that can be avoided, how that can be done properly, kindly reply on this point also, Bharat Ji please I watch your video's carefully, it is very very good and informative. Please explain Technically how the impeller shall be fitted on shaft, how the impeller impact if loose if the impeller bore is looser then the shaft also if the impeller bore and impeller key hole is loose than how that can be fitted how that can be done. Please make reply of impeller bore fitting on shaft in detail it will be appreciated. Thanks, Hope you will reply soon on this.

Bharat ji, Namaskar, water motor 10D ka impeller bore out ho jaye to yani agar loose ho jaye to kaise theek karen kyon ki woh shaft per dheel fit hoga aur jab ghumega to khat khat karega aur pressure nahi banayega, Toh loose bore impeller ko kaise theek karen kya tarika lagayen, Pls. batayen your reply is awaited. even agar Texmo DMS3 mein bhi same problem aaye toh bhi kaise karen. Pls. REPLY. agar shaft chabi ko tight karne se to impeller tight ho jata hai. Lathe wale se maine kaha bore ko theek karne ko but late wale ne kaha nahi hoga PLS SOLUTION BATAYEN.
