When i only plugged in my keyboard it never popped up a mouse that I had to click ignore on. It also will read my keyboard and my mouse but when I go to change keybinds I press the keyboard plugged into the zen and nothing changes. When I plug the zen into my xbox only the mouse works.

Absolutely, that's actually next on my list. I'm currently out of town, so it'll likely be Monday/Tuesday next week. Easy enough to do though. Just follow the current PS5 instructions and instead of connecting a DUALSENSE to A3, connect your MK to A2 & A3 😁

@@cronusmax i'm strugle on ps5 for division 2 i manage to move with the mouse well my only issue tough is aim,kinda slow when i aim even i have max dpi.

You're not supposed to be on maximum DPi, so that's a massive red flag for starters. I recommend posting to the Mk support channels of the Cronus Community. You can use the Cronus Discord or Forums. Links on Page 1 of the guide - hope that helps.

@@cronusmax I’ve got a hori controller plugged into the side and since using the hori I can’t hear out of my headset it’s a Bluetooth arctic 7 wireless headset it worked fine when I used a regular ps4 controller as a pass through but that kept disconnecting after about 5-10min was told a hori would fix the issue and now there’s another issue

hey i’m having a problem to where my red dragon keyboard requires the “mouse” and “keyboard” that connects when only the keyboard is connected. when i forget the mouse as a device when the keyboard is plugged in first, the keyboard no longer works.

Purchased a Zen sometime back with your usb switch. I only play on pc an the switch was a dud on arrival, pos doesn't work. Emailed went on forums and no response. My zen is useless to me because of the faulty usb switch! Great product!

If you haven't fixed this issue yet, go to M&K Settings & on the left of the screen where you clicked to ignore the keyboard, below that there is an eye with a line through it, click that and you'll see your ignore list

The zen needs to be connected to the controller, while it’s in the laptop, it shows how they are mapped out. Change those buttons to your regular settings and you should be good.
