if its not working for yall make sure the thing is on auto and ps share and that u have a good usb cord to plug into your controller if its good the zen should light up green on the left side of the zen if its not working just buy or try another cord

What's the purpose of turning off Bluetooth. Mine works perfectly fine without turning off Bluetooth.

When I connect it my zen does no connect to the update firmware

I can not load any scripts to my Cronus Zen, I also have had error codes.. How can I fix this or is my Zen corrupted?

Everytime I plug my controller-> my zen -> ps5 to bypass it says my controller has no battery. However my controller is fully charged when the zen is not connected to the ps5.

Is it possible for you to try with another controller and see if it’s a controller issue?

Turn bloothoth off on ps5 and then do it and then go to settings once Bluetooth is off and then turn of assories then replug the controller and as soon as it turns on and you see the light press the button on the back of your zen and then let it bypass then your okay

I tried different controllers and everytime i shut down my controller, and plug in my old gen zen it keeps saying audio disconnect and audio Connected. On my zen studio i have the exact same setting, and my device monitor is ps5

Each controller would flash blue and immediately turn white. I wonder if it’s because I have the old Cronus zen

5/1/2025 put ps4 controller into left port and put ps5 controller on down right usb and play thank me later

@maxquandt5406 ok connect ps5 on the righ usb go to turn your controller hover over it press the blue button and soon as u see controller blink orang old it after its blue hord R3 L3 and ps button at same time thats the new pass i found and its works
