CROOM 10/3/15 - TRAILS

Ricky Carmichael Ride day at Croom in Brooksville, FL!! Was a bit soggy out but still had a blast. It has been over a month since I’ve been able to get out and play. This time… out riding with Steve (KX450F), George (aluminum framed CR500), and finally with my new friend Allen (KX450F - check out his KZbin Channel at: / @allendunlap8986 . This vid is only of our first ride down trail ‘A’ and part of the way back… you’ll see why. Watch all the way to the end. :/
I think I really need to get to a good clean track again for another MX School. Need to get better at the basics, bigtime. Already been to Dade City MX School. Thinking this time I might try Tampa MX (once the bike is feeling better). What do you think? Any experience at the local classes? If so, please leave a comment below.
This video is a 720p 60fps recording done on a Contour Roam2, edited with Windows Movie Maker. I specifically did the ending edit as a throwback to the old Dukes of Hazzard freeze frames. 
Background: This is now my 7th time riding a real motocross bike (ride about once a month). Back in March of 2015 (after 16 years away from the dirt) a good friend got me into the sport by letting me ride his kx450f at Croom in Brooksville, FL. Two weeks later, I bought my dream bike, this 2002 yz250. I’m taking a slow-and-steady approach to learning and skill building and hope to capture it all on video. Some rides will be on the trails… some on the track… some at MX School. I’ll also be including videos of my bike, gear, equipment, upgrades, and more. I remember that side of croom. Going down to tampa to see my uncle and aunt, going to go riding when im there! cant wait!!!
