A Ltd has 2 branch and head office, they have seperate 3 registeration for 2 branches and head office, If bill received from lawer for legal fee by the head office how to do cross charge practically in GST return in case of reverse charge item(legal fee)? 1.head office is required to pay reverse charge? 2.then for cross head office issue bill to branch for business support service for legal fee? Then head office issue bill in FCM(forward charge mechanism ) or RCM(Reverse charge mechanism)? That is my doubt? 3.for legal fee cross charge which SAC under 9985 use? We can use 998599 for this legal fee cross charge?

Seasons Greeting Sir... Sir my question is related to Sabka Vishwas ( Legacy Dispute Resolution ) Scheme 2019. Question : As per the Provision and Rules of SVLDRS 2019, after receiving FORM SVLDRS 3 ( Statement u/s 127 ) , we need to pay the Amount of Duty within 30 days from the date of receiving FORM SVLDRS 3. Now if any Person fails to pay the Amount of Duty within this 30 days , then what is the amount of Late Fees ( if levied ) and Interest as well ??? Thanking You. Warm Regards Shivam Roy Chowdhury.
