𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗱𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 involves unloading goods from an incoming truck and loading them directly onto an outbound truck, with little to no storage time in between. This allows for faster turnaround times and reduced handling costs.
