Travis overestimated his ability to withstand this cross. She points out the absurdity of all his actions. A man is dead because of assumptions or speculation. It's not self defense. It's being a bully and a coward.

Totally agree. Except i thought after watching the Rittenhouse Trial that if you go into a place and provoke a situation, and you point at unarmed people and they try to relieve you of your weapon, that, is self defence?! 'Murica for you.

@@dawnatkinson7704 Stop it. Its as plain as day in the videos I have seen when this first occurred, that Rittenhouse did not do that. They attacked him. I wish Ahmaud had an AR-15 as well. Both Ahmaud and Rittenhouse were running for their lives. Both had cool heads, but one did not have a gun of his own. It was the emotional aggressors that caused the problem, and everyone in that riot in Kenosha were emotional just as TM, GM, and Bowl Haircut Man were in Georgia.

@@dawnatkinson7704 Another blind idiot that says Rittenhouse provoked people. How about the other protesters that were carrying firearms? @Kenneth Showalter since you know the law, what’s the appropriate charge for 3 men that chased this man for 5 min in trucks, verbally threatened him, physically assaulted him, blocked his path, pointed a shotgun at him and closed ground as he continued to try and runaway? Because all of that surely makes this sound like a murder caused by their actions...but perhaps you can educate us, the lawyers and the judge.

Not being able to vote. Being hung and people taking pictures beside the dead body. Black babies being fed to alligators for bait. Being waterhosed and bitten by dogs for equality. Being killed by police, even in your own apartment. Being choked out by police. Twice. Now this. This is the America that we as black people know. Not all white people are bad but we are not all bad either. But that is the image that the powers that be has put on us. Racism is very real.

Another interesting moment was when Ms. Perez (the neighbor) testified that she had to warn the McMichaels that her husband was at the construction site because she was afraid that the McMicheals would mistake him for a trespasser and shoot him. This suggests that Ms. Perez believed that the McMichaels were trigger happy. This was a golden moment for the prosecution. I hope that the jury was paying attention to that and that the prosecution emphasizes this in its closing.

Arbery never threatened them and tried to avoid any interactions with them. When Arbery was jogging in the direction of the McMichaels truck, he again tried to avoid any confrontation with them by going to the opposite side of the vehicle away from Travis who moved to where Arbery was to engage him. The actions of the McMichaels was unhinged, ruthless and irresponsible. The verdict was right and just…….as was the Rittenhouse verdict.

@Dexter Jackson me too I Love how they thought they were going home. They really thought they had the right to question Ahmaud. I am really glad they let Travis testify. His lies keep him thirsty. Mrs Linda used every word he said to get him his new gated community. I really wonder how they are investigating and assuming somebody has done something wrong. And they have to stop to tell him on Cell block D
