Great tutorial! Thanks for pointing out the difference in walking between fast low tide waves and slower ones. This has definitely been an issue for me. Now I know it is OK to race forward on those low tide waves!

I try and focus on the lip of the wave ahead of me. Some of the best nose riders there are will watch their feet.
