Presenting our 'Trehan Iris Broadway Greno West' mixed-use development in the Greater Noida area outside the capital city of India.
Cross Works designed the project upto the end of Schematic Design & subsequently achieved RERA approval by the government (for architecture, interior design and landscape design) and acted as lead consultant, co-ordinating the efforts of a variety of specialist consultants throughout this crucial stage of design development (including structural engineering, facade engineering & MEP, amongst others).
The 700,000 sqm development, consists of 5 levels of retail & foodcourts, 2 levels of leisure and entertainment (including banquet halls and cinemas), a 15 storey office tower, a 7 storey hotel, a series of rooftop spaces accessible by the public, and plenty of underground car-parking in a 2 storey basement. The scheme will also have direct pedestrian access to the Delhi Metro, located opposite the site, on the other side of the main road fronting the development.
The development is centred around a 30 metre high central atrium space, which brings together the variety a user groups from shoppers, to hotel guests, office workers, and many more, creating a vibrant, verdant and vertical experience for the region; a new public square for Greater Noida & Delhi.
