thanks for this, I left Neverwinter and am navigating this game and was using sword/bow but didnt like it, Even switching to daggers/crosswbow and and level 2 gear im doing more damage than my level 5 bow/sword, Now im having fun!!

I wanted to make a gale build to have a sort of "wind" based character, so I sorta assumed it would only work with Longbow/crossbow. It's cool to see that gale can work with daggers and thunders clouds effect, too. Now I have more options to consider 🧡

ABSO-FKN-LUTLY useless. you think your little burst of DPS is going to help in a 2-3minute boss fight? No. you're a liability in the dungeon.. i played the wpn combo.. and my healer was constantly stressing over my HP cuz i was cutting myself for mana. it's bad. putting that on your healer is BAD on you. then being super squishy at 6-8k hp with dag/xbow. please you know you're running a dex build. YOU ARE THE SQUISHIEST. switch to GS/XBOW and you have all the sustain plus stuns+ high dps and buffs for team. if you're thinking about yourself and your own DPS . you're the problem of the party. u should thinking of the rest of the party besides yourself.

Am I missing something? WHen f.e in Sarudoma and I agro group of mobs I get stunned all the time which makes hitting mobs impossible. They stop my annihilation and off goes all dmg :/ and what about healing?

Thanks for the great video, i was just asking about this information yesterday and you already have a video on the topic its amazing. I am just about to get to lvl 50 and start doing endgame content and after a bit of farming hopefully get to some pvp action i would love to see what setup you think would be the best for PvP with a dagger & crossbow

This is some sort of improv multi target setup which scorpion isn't great at, very sub-optimal build. Scorpion is known to have highest single target dps in the game, and that's where you guys should be focusing at. The bread and butter of scorpion, is quick fire resets from nimble leap specialization. It's an absolute must pick and you aren't using it. you can reset quick fire's cooldown twice with nimble leap, that's 3 casts already, with crits, right specializations and selfless diffusion you can reset it up to 5 total casts in one rotation. Don't invest in gale, go lightning specialization for nature's protest for quick stacking off thunderclouds. With right use of selfless diffusion you will be able to use bombing twice in one rotation. I could write all of possible skills rotations or how you can heal your entire healthbar with rex cbows using one skill, but this would turn into a wall of text. Conclusion - this guy is too new to the game to be writing any guides about it and he doesn't know what he's doing. Sure use his builds, it will be a favor to others when you can't compete with competent players, or fallow a proper guide instead. Source: Korean server veteran, 400 hours on global, 3.1k CP no swiping, no drops from bosses scorpion main. Guild leader of rank 30 guild

If you want burst damage, all my tests confirm, using quick fire with rests is not worth it. It is useful for downtime, between rotations of you don't struggle with mana. I currently do, so I take shadow strike for now, as my mobility skill

I understand your point, but he dedicated an entire video to everything you say about single damage and double rotation, in the comments someone improved it by even adding an ankle. This is the aoe version that was requested, and both are pve not pvp, so there won't be problems with other players and it's a solid base, from there they can go on adapting it. In the same way I find what you say very interesting, it would be good if you gave that "wall of text" as you call it, I would read it.

That’s the reason I switched to staff bow. It has mana and hp recovery and you don’t need to stop farming.

gears with mana cost efficiency will help with ur mana problems, at least 20% of it cause more than that will have diminishing returns, as for pvp xbow/dagg is in good state atm but once every player have their gears traited, you will have a problem.

its not overpowered as you think. Bows will proc a shield if you weaken them that will absorb all damage and you will get stun locked by tanks that will survive your burst. Im already starting to get geared towards bow and staff wich is way more busted and consistent. Just look at whos on top of kill rankings

I played Dag/xbow for 4-5 weeks, before i started rolling into a 2nd build... and!! it's suuuuuper squishy for large scale. I see that you have no stealth on your rotation. so how do you carry your squishy ass out of a terrible spin situation? i switched to GS/Xbow and the mana spin is SO much better. much more durable.. plus 2 stuns and 1 prone. mega nuke from guillotine. i rather do this.. its a shame it took me so long to learn this wpn combo
