Does it need to be T7 on the hood or T6 is the T6 good? And all crossbows need to be 100 all ?? Or still good even if not all is 100 spec?

Weeeeelllllllll. Doesn't matter too much but if you must be cheap at least use a poison potion and a high tier stew instead of t7 or t6.

Just the equipped weapon at 100 should be fine. Armor tier and spec only to survive longer

Take the 3 basic crossbows to 100 to have a decent damague with 5.1.

Just look for fights equivalent to your IP, if you only have 1100IP only fight against people in your IP range. Remember that if the enemy is Plate the damage is very low, if he is using Jacket the damage is average, now if he is Robe the damage is very high from your E.

Because he has no mobility. His E can be easily canceled or reflected, it takes 2.5 seconds to come out, so I end up depending on Morgana's cape or W to get him out quickly. That's why he's not used as much, if he at least wasn't reflected it would make him more viable.

If you are an Albion player, you know that there is no skill that can kill someone with just one skill, right? The term One Shot refers to skills that have very high damage, for example, look at minute 7:40. I am not using T8.3+ items to kill people with less IP.

Having a spec helps you fight against better people, if you don't have a spec, try to fight against people with the same IP as you. Oh, don't forget that the people I fought also had high spec and good IP :)
