I come close to tearing up whenever I hear it. It makes me think about all the sacrifices my dad made, just for me to live a better life than he did. I can only imagine what it would feel like having to see your pops lay in a hospital bed and I guess that time will eventually come.. and when it does.. I'm going to be playing your song to help me get through it all. Your song will always be a reminder to appreciate everything my dad has done for me.

" Some of you might say you can't compare Dumbfoundead or Year of the Ox to da Vinci, but my point is artists are always striving for perfection. For art to be a classic, I don't think it necessarily has to be perfect but it must be timeless in a sense that it resonates something within the viewer/listener at various points in time. Dumb and Lyricks, if you're reading this. Y'all have tons of classics and we the fans thank you for creating them.
