He's done a few videos on how to do it, usually titled "Tips & Tricks' or something like that, it takes careful timing of the A & D key whilst spamming jump and crouch

the best thing about this m4 that it requires recoil control to be able to use unlike the cbj,tmp and GG vip bots so not every bot can use it :)
