Was hoping for closer to 15 but wasn’t in the cards. Dubs didn’t go well, rhythm was off but also knew breaking once per set wasn’t the end of the world since the bench was fatiguing by the second set of 15. Completely broke down by the last set and reached a limit right at the end of the bench press. Sit-ups were slow but usually are for me. Was going to finally go unbroken on the last set of dubs but hit the back and tripped anyways. Tougher than I thought it would be but not very aerobic which was good considering yesterday’s slog. Give this one a go!
