Crossfit needs more exposure. I was surprised to hear lacrosse is not an Olympic sport. But. What about 'Crossfit?' This is some serious excitement. And it's pretty obvious when you watch this event that these athletes are elites among other sports greats. Love the physique these women have from training for this event, too. Obviously, it's not for everyone. New Zealand and Australians dominating this event is a pretty heavy statement. Just kinda shocked that I saw Toomey take home a 5K check for winning another event, while other sports are at like a million for a big tournament win. I watch a lot of sports clips and Toomey is my favorite athlete, now. BUT. I saw this one odd clip where it said she retired or something. Sometimes, on KZbin, you find an athlete you like and she competed 15 years ago.

@@tonyopris the kip for the muscle ups is a sport specific movement to move at a higher pace and do more in volume. When done correctly like 99% of these women are doing it’s completely safe and still requires strength in a strict type of pull ups in order to get better and more efficient
