Yes Harry! You're a legend. I've just been offered a crazy opportunity to elevate my life to another level, and as per usual, the nerves are kicking in, and throughout this video I had some thoughts about not taking it on, like I quite often do, but that last scene on the beach where you talk about taking the dive into the unknown really touched my soul. I began to get goosebumps and then I looked up to the sky and saw this random huge bird flying around above me, and I just thought "the universe wants this for me", and so I'm gonna go for it! lucky your files weren't corrupted. i lost 250gb of my best footage from a month long camping trip i took to Hawaii. it happened on the last day, just before my flight back home. i put my gopro in a little tidepool to get a tiny bit more footage because i had just enough space for maybe 15min on the card. but after being under less than 3 inches of water for less than 5 minutes it shut off. i took it out, wiped it down, and opened the battery door to jiggle the battery around, and as i opened the door a bunch of water poured out. i rinsed and dried off the card and put it in a case, but when i got home all the footage was corrupted, and that was all my best footage from the trip. multiple videos from a month long trip on an extremely tight budget, foraging and catching the majority of my food, sleeping outside every night, all gone because a waterproof camera decided to stop being waterproof in well under a foot of water. but it wasn't a total loss, i did make some new friends, and i found out that it's possible to go to Hawaii for a month for less than $800, and that's including the $500 it cost for the round trip ticket
