Love a good crossing. An idea I had that I used to do while on large transits with crew was a fitness challenge. Stationary Cycling, running on the treadmill, or squats and burpees/pushups! Keeps everyone’s fitness’s up, creates a good challenge atmosphere and morale good. Everyday feels like Groundhog Day after a few days so it’s good to stay active and morale optimum! Running or cycling the entire voyage of the trip is a great incentive and allows the crew to do together to smash those miles away!

Ahooy capt Tyler. What great videos, I’m glad I found them. We’ve crossed the Atlantic a few times on big cruise ships. I love those glassy conditions, absolutely beautiful. The sunsets are amazing. We always look out for ships, but we don’t see many being on a big ship, we always see flying fish. What a great crew, you’re living the best life. Looking forward to part 3.

Tyler has a other career as a KZbinr. If he decides to take over this account from Paul or starting his own channel. Makes a great captain. Having survived Milton on a direct hit here in FLORIDA, be thankful you missed it. Nasty hurricane. Scary too. My first captain when I got into yachting, was like Tyler. We were on a 125' Benetti and she rode beautiful. We caught 4 dolphin that trip and 2 cod. I used to work fishing yachts, so I knew how to fish for them. We came into England

I am currently studying to become a captain so I am curious about the procedures surrounding your route planning. What kind of Cross Track Distance do you guys usually use when planning? I am sure it varies but do you have a standard setting. And when doing the actual crossing, is the AP in heading mode or do you ever actually use track mode? Cheers!

lmao comments in here backseat driving the Captains are in all probability bots.. really shouldn't take it seriously guys and DO NOT respond.. bots are usually "fishing" for something and NOT in a good way.. Not in the least concerned.. i'm sure that the trip went off just fine.. Looking like Captain Paul placed you in; as favorable a window as you could hope for, at this time of year Outstanding choice to install a Captain who is invested this time around.. You got this Tyler.. I would recommend for you.. after surviving the deep end.. reflect more on Paul's leadership style rather than the technical.. That; in and of itself, is quite and ask.. I get it........
