Im doing a google doc on suspicious sites that sell drugs,children,weapons etc...And I'm curious in when a person is caught withen the crime how would minors 15-17 be caught if they haven't shared but has illegal photos of a child setting in there phone from the "dark web" were it uses an anonymous browser like duckduckgo?
