Hi guys! Thanks so much for uploading all this videos, it was really hard for me to find up to date 2018 K1 visa data. I´m from Argentina and my boyfriend and I met like 6 years ago in my country . Is it ok to send proof from our day one relationship even if it is way back in time than the 2 year period they ask?. Also it´ll be really helpfull if you could please share how it looks, and how you assembled your K1 package to the USCIS, thats info even more difficult to find updated. and we really want to avoid any delays or Requests for more information. Thanks once again for sharing your prosses, I believe the hardest thing is to be away from the person you love all the months this prosses takes. Hi MC Mamba! Yes, sending proof from more than two years back is a good thing because it really shows the USCIS that your relationship is genuine. Just remember to have at least seen each other IN PERSON at least ONCE in the past two years. (In Argentina, USA or any country). That is a requirement to get the petition approved, even if you have dated or been together for more than two years. Attach information like plane tickets, pictures, receipts of a restaurant or any other proof you can have. We will be uploading more videos soon!

Hello people I have a question. I'm a U.S. Citizen filing I-130 for my spouse Does the USCIS require every Petitioner filing I-130 for their spouse to attend biometrics appointment or does it happen to certain individuals? Are people randomly selected by the USCIS? Please contribute

Hy brother & your lovely wife...i have biometric schedule after new year..Did you bring as Proof of identification...your passport only? As that's the only I.D. with photo i have....from the Philippines...please advice & big thanks in advance

You have to bring your confirmation letter and a form of ID. Passport should be ok. Good luck!

Hey guys, I wanted to know if you have a video or are planning on doing a video on the following: When you file for adjustment of status, can you file jointly for the EAD and parole? Is it all paid together or are there additional fees? Also, how soon can you start working once you get the EAD? For how long is the EAD valid? We want to plan our budget ahead of time! Finally, how long has the green card process taken for you guys?

Hi Cintia, Yes, we will make more videos soon. We applied for the adjustment of status together with the EAD and parole. We just paid the Adjustment fee. EAD takes around 3-5 months. EAD has expiration date assigned when you receive it. Green cards take a long time (8 months and up). Good luck!

Times vary for every case but yes, we have heard from many couples that times are around 3-5 months to be approved and to receive them. We will post more videos soon about everything.

Hi, It is taking around 3-6 months or more to process. Frustrating but it is a patience game. If you have mistakes in your applications in can take longer.

Is it? They told me south carolina immigration is quicker than other state. People told me 3months or 4 mos for greencard. But first they will send me the temporary permit to work before the actual greencard.
