It would be more appropriately marked 'mixed audience' since it isn't really aimed at kids but kids and adults will watch it. COPPA allows for mixed audience videos. KZbin however has not implemented mixed audience videos, I wonder why?
If you think kids don't play Crossout then go to the official Crossout web page and scroll down the bottom. See that PEGI7 icon? Gaijin thinks kids play This game.
