The editing is out of this world. I cannot possibly articulate the amount of times I've watched this. It is some wonderful and flawless editing, almost as if the characters really did share the same universe. The story you crafted in order for the storylines to fit was also amazing. Kudos! I'd love to see more of these two. There is no doubt that if they had shared the same universe, they would've been unchallenged, unconquerable and undefeated.

Wait a second, what I just watch? I love it. I think I need more vídeos of Daenerys and Darkling, it is amazing 👏 (I love that doesn't matter which vídeo I watch of the darkling he always becomes eventually the villain 😂, although for me he was the best thing in the show). @@nightmare1641 100% I knew when it came out it was going to be used as a weapon and I was unfortunately right. People are either too lazy to search the quote and just read whatever someone said (which leads into a game of broken telephone) or they interpretate the entire quote wrongly. While it's true that Leigh no longer likes darklina as a ship, she used to promote the hell out of it when the books were written (hence why a lot of people accuse her of baiting). Her posts are still on her Tumblr, people can easily go and check themselves. Even in a recent podcast, a few days before the show aired she stated that she likes 'enemies to lovers' as a trope. Whether she was lying or not is another issue. The whole narrative of "the Darkling was based on her abusive ex and everyone who likes him should be ashamed" is the biggest bullshit antis use to create a false narrative

@@nightmare1641 yeah, as much I appreciate that she created the series, I cannot respect her as an author. She constantly invalidates other survivors of abuse, which is plain wrong. Nobody has the right for that. Along with the internalized misogyny that exists in the books as well as her remarks about how "girls like a guy with a strong jawline" as a reasoning as to why we like a dark character is disgusting. As if women aren't constantly shamed by the media already. Of course no matter how many times we scream this and show receipts about the false narrative antis have created, it won't change the fact that Darkling's fans will still be shamed by people from all platforms.It's always the same story When a girl likes a bad guy, she's toxic. When boy does, it's cool. Double standards are as old as time and given the rise of "purity culture" i don't see it changing any time soon. The only thing I can advice is to ignore them. Luckily, darklina fans are a big number and we create our own content daily, which is a huge comfort
