How is the power to the wheels and propeller set-up? Is there a separate motor for each?

Two brushed motors. Can operate independently.

Correct, two esc to a stick controller. Left stick up/down move the wheels, right stick up/down the propeller.

@@rcjudass7991 Okay, thanks. I'm working on a custom vehicle with twin motors and wondered how it was set-up. Was hoping to just use a mode switch to change from mode 1 to mode 2 and use left stick for throttle and right stick for steering but I don't know if such a thing is possible.

Having the wheels and prop working simultaneously gives you a serious increase in speed. I still use the left stick for steering while the fwd/back movement of the left stick control the prop

Paunt is still okay, it’s fresh water. Yes acrylic paints, matt varnish from Tamiya
