Crossroads Camp Documentary

This is a documentary about a camp in the middle of the everglades. The camp has been around for years and could be taken away at anytime. We wanted to give you a little history about the camp and show you why this is such an amazing place.

My grandfather used to own camp 9.5 and I have spent a lot time at crossroads and notel motel lots of great memories there as a kid

this video was a tear jerker for me. my grandparents had a camp out there but they weren't able to keep it up. I hope one day I can go back out to see it to bring back those memories!

The land belongs to the earth!! We are blessed as humans to be able to walk upon it and witness its immense beauty.. The State works for the people, not against us. We pay their salaries.. As people are witnessing today, we the people will vote in the people that will uphold these God given rights..

Serious consideration should be given to having this place listed in the State Master File of historic sites as a Gladesmen Cultural site which m,ay help whenever the leases run out and to further protect it from demolition if and when the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan decides to remove the levees and canals as the fully intend to do to the Miami Canal from Alligator Alley for 13 miles north. !st step would be to contact the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).

If anybody has a good smallish boat in Aluminium and powered by a Diesel engine , I'm in the market in Ireland to give it a good home , paying own freight to Sligo , on the Wild Atlantic Way .
