Hi, thx for the video. A few questions : - Why does the CT8500 manual not appear in your website ? - Is this camera capable of webcam / PC mode ? - Is it USB Video Class compliant and hence working without drivers on Mac ? - Does it also have an internal microphone in addition to the supplied external microphone ? - Is the external microphone standard mini-jack or micro-jack ?

How do you update the firmware version on the 8500? It has been sat in a cupboard for a few years and I want to use this for an up and coming family holiday.

I have had my Crosstour CT8500 for a couple of years trouble free. Recently the camera started cutting out after 45-50 minutes video despite replacing batteries (brand new fully charged) so I need to know if there is a factory reset rather than just the camera settings? Or is this a fault I have to live with, or is there a better setting for the video that might extend battery life?

Hi, I would have a problem with the connection to the PC of my 8500 .. The action camera loads but the PC does not recognize it for the removal of the file. Tips? Thanks so much

CT8500 is impossible to run with OBS others cams like SJ4000,Campark o GOPro i've checked that run with OBS...send email to support Crossotur and no reply and dont update firmware,drivers o similar...
