I emailed cross tour support and got the updated firmware for the CT9000 in order to allow it to be used as a webcam. Luckily it worked for me!

Crosstour, could you please reply to your customer support e-mails, or make your firmware more readily available to customers? I purchased the CT9100 based on the functions advertised, and I can't even use those functions. I'm taking my business elsewhere and making sure none of my friends buy from you. Furious.

My Ct9000 camera does not give me an option to use it as a webcam (no PC CAM option). This was the reason why I bought it. I only have 2 options: charging mode and mass storage. How can this be resolved?!

It freezes a LOT and hangs on the white Crosstour screen. Also the screen goes all green far too often. Any firmware update to fix this yet ??

Mine never worked from day one. Is there a way to re-set ? Mine wont turn on past the crosstour screen. Maybe a firmware update would cure it ?

Having bought a GoPro 11Hero Black two months ago as a second camera for (mostly) POV content - main cameras are Sony A7r3a's - I have been disgusted with two aspects of that camera, the appalling battery specs even for the "improved battery" and the really stupid things you need to do to download content DIRECTLY to your Windows PC. So I bought one of these directly from the manufacturer at GB£35 simply to see if the GoPro had to be kept only for it's "5k/10 bit/8x7" content. After living with the Crosstour CT9000 for a few weeks we've decided that the GoPro, as it's almost new, gets sold on eBay. Put simply : if a camera costing 10% of the GoPro can almost manage 90% of what the GoPro can do then why waste money on the GoPro!?! OK, we don't use it as an "action cam" so that makes the lower tech spec of the Crosstour easier to live with but, seriously GoPro, get your act together!!!

Ive just been to a spartan event. Taken pics and videos. Cant seem to upload them. Ive attached the usb to the laptop and the other to the camera. Ive went through all the options and cant see where to upload them the files onto my laptop. If anyone can help would be appreciated.
