From the app on the phone can I stream the video while it is recording? I want to attach to fence behind home plate to record games, I would love to be able to hotspot and stream video for family members who can't be there.

I bought the CT7000 a couple years ago. I just bought the CT8500 for 4k this week and returned it within an hour because the mode button does not toggle just between photo and video like the CT7000. I use my camera to scuba dive and need to switch it between video and photo with one button very quickly without going through the settings. The CT7000 does this but the CT8500 does not. I am very disappointed. If the camera is in photo mode you have to press the mode button 3-4 times and scroll through all the settings, then press the OK button on top to exit the settings just to get back to video mode. This will not work at all especially 100' down on a deep dive. Horrible software design!
