i think there is mistake in the 16:16 mistake is in the matrix first it started with [ 3 1 2 ] but now it is [2 1 2]

It's Doolittle's method. Crout's method have diagonal elements of U to be 1. But procedure is same anyways. Good video.

The difference between Crout's and Doolittle is: A) if uii=1 then it is Crout's method i.e. if diagonal elements of Upper triangular matrix is 1. B) if lii=1 then it is Doolittle method i.e. if diagonal elements of lower triangular matrix is 1

This method is actually Doolittle method of LU Decomposition (where elements of the principle diagonal of L is 1)
