Can't remember..? Think back less than three years to the Euro final at Wembley. Literally thousands of England fans stormed their way into the stadium, stealing the seats of those who had paid for them. That time in the end the police and stewards just gave in, and ultimately the event was a fiasco and a national disgrace. This pales into insignificance in comparison.
@Hamilton8timeChampion9 ай бұрын
Both sets of fans were bringing bottles to the match so they could be thrown at each other. Why weren't security removing these from people as they entered the stadium. Seems like gross negligence from the security at the Hawthorns.

@@chrisbaker7136 If this was the case that an away supporter was in the home end. Then I don't really understand why he decided to place himself there as it certainly would not add up. Yes it was a local Darby and but there are many played ever year in the premier League and elsewhere but I can't recall a Manchester city & United, Liverpool & Everton or Newcastle & Sunderland match being stopped for 25 minutes at least because of a bunch of yobs. Years and years ago back in the 70/80s there were ugly scenes in football grounds but what I saw today was like going back to the dark ages. Young kids and teenagers attend football with their families and they should not be subjected to what they had to witness at hawthorns.

These scenes need to be seen by everyone so the people that are fighting can be seen for what they are. The insanity of fighting over a game of football is beyond belief. A so called grown man is willing to hurt another human being who happens to have chosen a different team to follow than theirs. It's so important who gets a plastic ball in the net in the scheme of things isn't it. The insanity of paying a football player more than a NHS worker, what a joke society we are.

I am so sorry for the players and there family’s who come to watch there reliatives play a derby and they had to go through that fair play to the WBA player who went over and rescued the kids and partner and took them into the tunnel. Those during this match who ever they are need a huge ban and especially that person at the beginning of the video which looked like pushed the WMP officer down the steps and onto the ground.
