I first heard this song this year in youth group. It was so soft and accepting that I couldn’t help crying. I am part of the LGBT+ community and consistently hear hate around me. I also am afflicted with generalized anxiety disorder. The idea of laying down my burdens and shame is extremely powerful. This song renewed my faith a million times over and brought back a hope within me that so many people had attempted to kill.

This song I heard I went to the celebration church in Green Bay Wisconsin when my daughter was that I LIFE you support I cried didn’t stop crying through the whole song begging mercy asking my Lord to , bring her back I want her back, PRISCILLA ASHLEY God heard my prayers she woke up 13 days later her accident happened in November 22nd and 23rd I didn’t hear about it until three hours later she was in the hospital cleaning on two of her life. Around 215 in the morning the door slam in my apartment we lived together with your two baby boys she said mom loud again she said loud mom I told her to quiet down what if she needed because she would wake up the boys, then she said really loud mommy help me I’ll never forget it I got up the door was locked she was not in her room bathroom closet then three minutes later the phone rang I was already crying he was my daughter telling me to go to St. Vincent‘s hospital I told her not to tell me she was dead I don’t want to know after that I couldn’t keep myself together, went to the bathroom got the pillow and screamed because my babies were asleep there six years old seven well they pick me up and took me to the hospital I couldn’t see my daughter find me they love me they said she can’t move she was in ICU for the longest time is I was sitting there I told her that sheMeant the world to me and I can’t live without her she squeeze my hand call the nurse amen later on to get done doing that whenever she needed something then she was asleep didn’t want to wake up the doctor said I don’t know why she don’t want to wake up it’s already the 9 day five days later. I kept dump rain didn’t lose hope asking God to give me strength faith strong faith in him and trust in him asking everybody to pray for her I don’t remember if it was the 13 of the 15 I was sitting by her she still have the life-support I told her she can breathe she’s breeding do you oxygen is telling me that she’s breathing on her own but they said they couldn’t take it off they tried three times and she couldn’t breathe on her own but I knew she could break now on her own so they removed it and she had put in a track in her throat, still sleeping wouldn’t wake up it was long with her in the room praying and asking God to restore her mind her health and wake her up she opened her eyes and I called her name him here she turned around looked at me and started crying I called her nurse she’s awake amen 🙏 I love my Lord Jesus Christ so much I’ll never stop thanking him for the rest of my life I always invite him in my heart and my soul and my mind keep my thoughts with his thoughts now she has everything off or she still in the hospital except her catheter and her feeding tube but she can talk her mind was lonely come back when God says he’s going to heal he’s going to heal all the way and I believe in that I believe in Jesus Christ, PLEASE KEEP YOUR PRAYERS ON MY BABIE PRISCILLA AND HER BABIES BOYS CHRISTOPHER AND ISAIAH ME HER MAMA BETTYJANE I CLAIM PSALM 91 on us and the most precious blood of Jesus I claim on Purcella from head to toe I claim the blood of Jesus in me and Betty Jane Christopher and Isaiah my grandbabies and give me Strong Strange in Jesus Christ name amen 🙏

So I don't usually share this much, but I feel like I need to share what God has done for me. This song used to make me cry. It played at my grandma's memorial and I could barely say the lyrics without my voice breaking. I was at bible camp this summer, and I had just spoken with my cabin leader. (Everybody at some point during the week had a one on one with one of the cabin leaders) Well, at some point I mentioned my grandma, and I was trying really hard not to cry because I was really close to her and it still hit hard even after three years. The conversation ended and it was free time. I decided I needed to clear my head, and so sat alone on one of the benches lining the outside of the building. I was singing this song to myself and someone came around the corner. I got quieter because I don't like singing in front of people, and I was kinda embarrased. They passed, and I realized something. I didn't care. It didn't matter that they had heard me. So I started singing again, this song and others. Eventually the kid who had passed came back and sat down next to me. He didn't mention hearing me, or that my eyes looked red, he just sat and talked with me for a while. I didn't even know him very well, but God was using him to show me I'm never alone. I used to feel like it all the time, but now I just remember that day, and I smile. He didn't know what was going on, and I didn't get to thank him for it, but I hope to someday. If by some chance, it's you reading this, ignore the fake name on my profile. I want to thank you for just showing me kindness in talking to me while I was alone. I praise and thank God every day for helping me. And I won't forget the lesson I've learned.
